Third Party Cyber Insurance
Third-Party Cyber Insurance is a type of cyber liability insurance that protects an organization against claims made by external parties (such as customers, vendors, business partners, or regulators) who suffer financial loss because of a cyber incident originating from the insured organization.
Unlike first-party cyber insurance, which covers the insured organization's own losses, third-party cyber insurance covers the organization's legal liability to others.
